On November 15, 2010, The American Association of Medical-Legal Professionals (AAMLP) awarded Dr. Patrick Lowe Diplomate certification. This certification requires a lot of extra course work, detailed knowledge of trauma-related injuries, and passing the final test.

The AAMLP’s purpose is to support medical and legal professionals through research, dialogue, and practice excellence. Dr. Lowe continues that effort by providing continuing legal education seminars for attorneys on trauma-related injuries and by applying his knowledge to his patients to help them recover.

If you’ve ever been to his office and seen the walls lined with awards, it will be of little surprise that Dr. Lowe is always learning.

In 2010 Dr. Lowe continued to be active in his community by:

• raising 2,000 pounds of food for Wayside Christian Mission
• raising money for the Arthritis Foundation through the Arthritis Walk
• raising money for the Breast Cancer Foundation through Ladies Night of Indulgence
• working with the Boyscout and Cub Scouts at Southeast Christian’s troop 212
• raising money for Haiti’s earthquake relief through Compassion International
• collecting toys for hospitalized children for Hannah’s Hope
• providing more than 50 Health Fairs for Louisville area businesses through Louisville Health Check
• running a website to help HR Directors run efficient wellness programs  www.myhealth-mylife.com
